Catering Orders - Delivery/Pickup
- Should it become necessary for the Client to terminate this Agreement, and the event date is greater than thirty (30) days, the Caterer shall be entitled to retain any and all expenditures to date, including but not limited to hold date fee, contracted labor, special orders, rentals and/or proposals costs.
- If the Agreement is terminated within thirty (30) days of the event, the Caterer shall be entitled to retain the hold the date fee + twenty-five percent (25%) of the deposit and seek any additional expenditures to date, including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and/or proposals costs.
- If the Agreement is terminated within fourteen (14) days of the event Caterer shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid and seek any additional losses including but not limited to contracted labor, special orders, rentals, and/or proposals costs.
- If an Agreement is terminated within five (5) days of the event, the Client agrees to pay the full order costs per bid
- Should the event be canceled by Caterer, Caterer will fully refund any deposit within ten (10) days of the date of cancellation. If the event is within thirty (30) days, Caterer will reimburse or pay to the Client the invoiced difference in costs and expenses that have been incurred by the Client paid to an alternative provider or providers based upon the total proposal bid. The client shall make reasonable efforts to mitigate damages and obtain substantially similar services. The cater's responsibility is limited to items covered in the last accepted proposal by the Client. Any additional items are at the Client’s expense.
Catering Events – Special Events
